When the
AccessPORT is plugged into the computer, it goes to “Connecting”
mode automatically.
|
Launch AP Manager
and close it. It will restore the AccessPORT back to normal
state.

Software does not
recognize the AccessPORT after installation.
|
Try
:
Open the
Device Manager (Settings->Control Panel->Device Manager)
and check to see if the AP shows up under “COBB Devices”
section or the “Other Devices” section as an
“AccessPORT 2.0 W”.
If
it shows under "Other Devices," and the driver was
installed correctly as shown above, right-click on the device
in Device Manager and choose "Update Driver”,
browse to the driver folder and choosing
it there.
If
it doesn't show up at all in the Device Manager, try using
another USB port on your system, or try to confirm that the
port is working with any other devices.
Reinstall
the AP Driver. The AP Driver installation file,
APDriverInstall.exe, can be found in the AccessPORT Updater or
AccessPORT Manager folder.
